I started my season last Sunday in Jackson county, AL with a nice 2 year old.

Wednesday I left for central FL and by Thursday afternoon had my Osceola down. I had a great time in FL and I'm sure I'll be back to hunt those swamps again in the future. Here are a few pics. Now it's on to GA, then TN!!!

What's up with the fawn?

Found it dead on March 24th. Couldn't have been more than a day old. Thought it was interesting since our fawns don't drop until at least June generally. There are some places in FL that deer are born year round.

It is tiny, isn't it? Compared to your boot. Oh well...nature knows best. That gator or others...have to eat.
Great pics..and congrats on the birds!!!
