I went fishing Saturday morning after work and started fishing at Marion County park around seven through a sexy chrome redeye shad didn't get a bite and of course river was down. Went to sirdeanos boat doc through it some more in deeper water still nothing. Left there and went to hales bar dam at the ramp through it some more along with a white 3/8 chatterz bait, blue and black jig with blue and black papa crawl, and a ned rig still nothing. Went back to Marion county Park at the pier and swimming area shad was busting everywhere through a choo choo spinner bait and then put a swimming fluke for trailer still nothing and a shakey head with finesse worm still nothing. so I tied on a 4" dead ringer in june bug still nothing. fished for 4 1/2 hours with one bite and it was a bream. Help a brother out please lol. or is even having trouble

I was there Saturday morning from 6:30-1:30. Caught 2 largemouth, one keeper and 1 stripe on a-rig. It was tough.

I fished 3 hours yesterday around the freeway from 2 to 25 feet deep. Mostly C-rig, jerk bait and jig. Hauled water all day. I don't know what to tell you, but your report makes me feel better about me. Better fishing coming......I hope</p>

Same thing happened to me last Saturday. Found shad tried different lures and didn't catch what we where looking for.

I fished MC Park this morning caught 4 fish 3 of them might have keepers. All fish were caught on a square bill crankbait.
