Day 38 of X for me after a three day hiatus, it wasn't by plan, just wasn't there to do it. It was Chest Shoulder and tri's today and I'm feeling it big time. The dreaded Yoga tomorrow, although I may do X Stretch instead.
 
Day 39, X Stretch done this morning. Not a big calorie burner but Im understanding how stretching is a very important aspect.
 
Yeah I like the X2 yoga way better, mainly because it is shorter (-: Neither of them are a cakewalk but they will increase your strength and flexibility in ways other exercises can't. X stands for extreme!
 
The 2nd half of Yoga is easier than the first half. You might want to fast forward to about the 45 minute mark.
 
Seriously half-assed my legs and back routine this morning. Combination of things all catching up to me I guess. I guess half is better than none?
 
Day 43, Kenpo, and OH MY GAWD am I hurting still from bringing the pain to Legs and back Sunday. I think I overdid the wall squats on that day, and Im paying the price. BUT, I did my stuff, shooting for Lance's weight still. emoEnforce
