I would like to welcome everyone to come out and fish with us for the Paradise Paint CBA Open this weekend Saturday July 14th. Big Thanks to Paradise Paint for their support with the CBA. Should be a great tournament. Everyone try and be in water 30 min prior to blast off. Make sure and bring a lot of ice for the wells. Always bring more than you think you need. It's hot out there 90 degree water, and we need to make sure we take care of these fish.

Tournament Details:
Date: Saturday, July 14th
Time: Safelight- 4PM
Location: Chester Frost State Park
Size/Limit: 15LM, 18SM, 12Spot (5 fish limit)

Entry Fee:

$120.00 per boat
$60.00 (Youth Division)

Sign-Up Locations have the boxes and you can now go and sign-up. Sign-ups will end at 6PM on Friday. If you are from out of town you may call one of the locations to sign up and then pay at the ramp prior to blast-off Saturday morning.

28 and some change won and it took 19 something to get a check .

Congratulations to Steve Barnes and Spencer Smith on the CBA win. Steve commented that he has been fishing the CBA tournaments for over 30 years and this was his first win. He has finished second at least 20 times over the years but had never won.

I fished them for about 20 years and only won two and lot of luck was involved in those two.
