Most of my reports will be out of Contrubitor forum due to all the folks that get on here and take away all the information and get up to Parksville and take up all the fish! It's just not worth giving all this to the surfers and they don't appretiate it.

Anyways, Shane and I launched out of Kings Slough tonight... Got the boat to float off the trailer after about 15 minutes of effort. Atleast there wasn't anyone waiting on us! First headed to Indian Creek... Found several spots and a largemouth on t-rigged lizards, jerking them up and down across the bottom. Moved on to a main lake cove and landed 2 more spotted bass. Back in that cove (very back) I noticed a largemouth somewhere in the 4-5lb range, just like I did Saturday. Couldn't get him to hit since we got up to close to him.

Moved on to a main lake pocket. I started throwing the horny toad, which will be my technique for just about the rest of this Summer hopefully. Well, I landed 2 spots and a 2lb 1oz largemouth. Missed another 4 bass.

Ended the trip with 3 keepers. (Would've been more if I'd thrown the toad earlier!) It was a 5lb 7oz bag. Headed back home after dark.

By the way, Shane's brother came up there tonight, and when he got back to the ramp... His motor prop had been stolen out of his truck. This happend to Shane, himself about a year ago. So anyone who does this stupid crap -
YOU SUCK!!!
