peep sight

Yes, I have done one. I had to mark the string where it needed to be put and then unstring the bow. It is best to draw it back at full draw and then have someone else mark the string for you as you line it up to your eye. You need to mark it so you can tell the angle needed to have it. On mine the sight edge faced me before you drew it back. As you went to full draw it would turn so I could see through it. I used a heavy thread, wrap it above and below the sight, I then coated the thread with glue. I never had a problem with it. :) Jmax

thanks mr.jmax,i got it installed with no problems,i have a couple more questions,i'm a 51 year old rookie bow hunter,in a relaxed full draw position,my peep sight is approx. about 6-7" above arrow knock,i know everyones probably different but, does that sound about right? i bought this bow from a guy maybe he shot it twice, its got old school pin sights, and he was shooting it without a peep sight,i'm sure i'll have to reset sight pins,i just set the peep sight where it was inline with my eyesight at full draw,i tried it a couple times ,seems like that's the spot....2nd question, with a caliper release,do you put above or below the arrow knocks?

Thats the ticket, to get it lined up with your eye at full draw. I would install a loop behind the knock, just my preference. If no loop, then I would attached the release under the knock.

Hope that helps

I always use dental floss to tie things on a bow string. I even tie off the ends of the servings on the bow string wit a few wraps of dental floss. I keeps them from sliding up the string.
