I don't know if anyone uses these around here, but I don't need it for crappie and catfish, so I'll make someone a good deal. The handle was broken and I had it TIG welded; pretty much good as new. I disassembled, inspected, cleaned and lubricated it - it works great and is ready to mount. Includes the Penn swivel base. $100.
