Why is it that people harp for years about having a place to discuss political issues and when we finally oblige it takes less then a DAY before people are being personally attacked? CFF may have changed over the years but it still is not a place to go and attack people you may or may not share a boat with at some point. If you know that you are unable to discuss the issues without personally attacking people then do everyone a favor and don't open up the political/religious forum. I understand that you all feel very strongly about your opinions as do I but the beautiful thing about this country is we are free to have those oppinions (for now) and share them with others, however with that right at least on CFF comes the responsibility to keep the personal attacks out of it.

I agree on that. I have an opinion and a right to that opinion whether anyone likes it or not. Thats the beauty of it is nobody HAS to like it or dislike it its mine and my right!

Why is everyone so afraid of this forum? Of course there are some who will get PO'ed...heck, I may be one of them, but to just ignore what is going on in this country is the reason we are in the shape we are in. Dems and Reps need to find a comman ground to work from, and start from there. I do not support legislating good will or comman sense. These are values you either have or you don't. If this countrykeeps going like it is, there will be an uncivil war. I am sick of politicans thinking they know what is best for me. I may not be Einstien, but I am smart enough to pay my bills and keep my accounts in order. Why can't these puppets do the same? I did not like Bush, he was a **edited for profanity**, and was played like a marionette...dancing on the strings. Now we have the glitterball, it is shiney and new, and distracts people of the fact that he has not changed a**edited for profanity** thing....third verse same as the first. We need to stop the bailouts, and quit trying to save those who do not want to be saved. We need to quit enabling people to be helpless, and teach them to help themselves. Helping your fellow man is not a bad thing, but when you get the section of society that lives off the backs of the working, then we have problems.

People have the right to his or her opinion but I feel it crossed the line when Obama head was placed on Hitlers body with the Nazi symbols. That was pured racism and this CFF should have no place for that on any forum. When a person displays those and uses the Nazi images it mean only one thing and we all know what it is. It is a pure Racist symbols!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Third, that is a widely distrubuted pictue on the web, "I" didnt create it.

Make no mistake guys, some of this is coming from racist views. I didnt say who, so dont go there. I was terribly wrong a couple days ago when I said this was a " great idea ". A few of our members are using this as their personal little stirring forum. I think this forum should be killed immediatly before the damage done is irreversable.
