Hi guys. I know that everyone wants to loose the extra pounds that they gained over the holidays and it is usually one of the New Year's resolutions. Quickly broken in most cases. emoBigsmile

I have lost over 31 lbs beginning in early November and discovered a product that is very beneficial to health and wellness. If anyone is interested in learning more about what the old Drumking did to accomplish this, then why not give Dr Phillip Gawthrop (my fishing weekend buddy) a call at 423-580-1683 and let him 'splain' the program to you. After all, what is our health worth to us?

I will say this about the program. The results are amazing and the thing that impressed me the most was that I was never hungry while on this program. Wanda and I discovered new ways to prepare the food that we eat and we both are excited. Wanda lost over 25 lbs while on the program with me. Normally, it is hard for a woman to lose that much weight in that short of time.

When you call, tell Dr Phil that DK sent you and he will take good care of you.

I will post a pre pic and a day 12 of the maintenance program. I'm going back on the program and lose 25 to 30 more pounds before it gets warm weather. emoGeezer

Dickey has lost several inches from around his waist, evidenced by the new holes in his belt. Also those of you that have fished with him lately have seen a significant difference in the face, neck and smaller regions.

When they start letting water out of the lake, we can all tell it first in the back parts of the sloughs... not out in the middle...

FA,

Aren't you an umpire?

Doesn't that require that you have to have bad vision? HA HA
.

Dickey,

Here's a quick update for your forum readers...

There is a man and his son that you referred to us for weight loss that have done quite well.

IN THEIR FIRST 2 WEEKS:

The Dad has lost 14 lbs on the program and the son has lost 16 lbs !!!

Thanks DK for helping me help more fisherman become healthier!
