I don't believe that I have ever seen spots that long and lean. The majority of what is caught from the Coosa literally are football shaped. LOL

They are gorgeous looking though, no doubt from the clear waters of Lanier. I am not sure that I read the report on the trip, so how did ya catch them?

That second pic is more like it! That's a chuck spot right there!

Alright, lets try this again. Trying to post the rockfish.
All were caught on jerkbaits.
Unfortunately when we got into them thick and heavy, we forgot to get pics of the larger fatter ones.

That's a healthy striper. Did you release it, or did it meet Mr. Crisco?

Good looking fish Tndoe!  Better watch out or that brother of yours will have you ruined over there in that big lake!  Lanier is a good place to fish but on up in the summer the big boats come out to play and it gets rough.  Thanks for the pics and the report from over there!   Good job!
