They don't cause any problems, but a majority of them are genetically inferior to others in the herd. Most piebalds have bad hips along with front legs that are noticeably shorter than the back legs. They can make for a cool trophy if they are allowed to mature, especially bucks. But being covered in white and trying to elude predators is a tough task for them. We have a piebald button head mounted that my dad shot years ago thinking it was a doe. Got it full body mounted and it is a neat little booger. But his front legs are at least 4 or 5 inches shorter than the back. My uncle had to build up a platform for it to stand on so it wouldn't look so funny
