place to stay near Dayton

Hi all,

Any ideas where to stay near Dayton or Soddy-Daisy? I'd prefer a house or cabin and I'm not having much luck finding anything. That Blue Water Campground place is already booked for the BFL Regional

This motel is only a couple years old and about 2 miles from Dayton Boat Dock

I am pretty sure it does. It also has 4 restaurants in front of it and 1 beside it. So you have a choice of what you want to eat and not have to drive anyway.

and they are sold out already, same with the Marriott. Stinks that Dayton gets all these tournaments but really still doesn't have the accommodations.

Guess it will be a 40 minute drive to the tournament ramp every morning ha.

I had a similar issue when looking for a place for our FoM national championship a few years back. We stayed here: https://www.fortbluff.com/facilities.html Check out the Lakehaven cabins. They'll sleep 4, have full kitchens, plenty of parking, outdoor power for charging. 10 min drive to the Dayton ramp.

The Sleep Inn does have outside outlets. The parking was done with fisherman in mind.

Call Andy at(423) 595-4932. He has a very nice house 2 minuets below the 60 bridge on meigs co side on shahan Lane. Boat dock in the dry with power. Very nice.

Apparently there are two other events going on that same week so all the Dayton hotels are booked solid. Right now I have a hotel in Cleveland but would like something closer. Thanks!

Dang! I booked a camping spot at Bluewater for that week. Glad I was able to get it booked early. I looked at hotels up there last year when the Costa series was there and most were toward the lower end of the lake.
