places near soddy to target shoot

Do any of you have an idea of a place to go plink with my new 22 pistol? I would like to take my wife teach her to shoot, and want to be able to have a quiet place to take our time. Can you shoot on any of the fields on the WMAs? I know about the range At Prentice cooper, but would love to find something closer. Any other ideas?

as far as i know there is nowhere else in the area. and no you are not allowed to shoot at any other wma. sucks too. i would love to have somewhere close to shoot.
