</p><hr />Just a few pre tournament thoughts hereI need to get out. The only reason I'm even doing this is because my name is in the list of committee members..LOL

* Try to have make sure everyone knows what exact time to come in. </p>
* Where the blast off is taking place. </p>
* Haveone of the anglersLOOK and OK their weight at the scales..Many of you know what happened last year.

* Call weights out clearly and make sure the recorder <u>calls them back!</u></p>
* ALL Anglers that got a "check" are not in for the drawings. </p>
* Please make a list and mention all our sponsors!!! Push their products!</p>
* Have someone watch for late boats coming in. (This has happened to us)</p>
* Pictures, Pictures PICTURES! I'll be happy to photo the ones I fish but please take as many as possible of the anglers and the fish along with the fellers just hanging out. </p>
Most of all...stay organized and communicate everything with each committee member. Not just 1 or 2..get everyone in on it if there's a problems or questions. </p>
We didn't run a perfect trail last year (no tournament trail is BTW) and by no means will it be to a T this year but these items above are a few important things we learned in 2009.</p>
