I realize that if I had had my ass at some of the meetings I wouldnt have to ask this and to save me alot of timegoing through previous posts, I have a question. I think we have 9 tournaments scheduled. Are we going to tally points from all or just like your best 5 or what. Some of us will not be able to make them all.</p>

OK I didnt say that the way I wanted to. Are the final points to consider the points champion going to be based on like your best 5 tournaments.</p>

Instead of saying a person can drop 2, why not say it will based on your best 7 or 6 or whatever. Several people wont be able to fish all of them. The points race would be more competitive this way. There are some folks that are blessed with not having to work at all or never on a Saturday and I think that gives them an edge. IMO we should go with your best 6 tournaments. What do yall think?

As the rules are currently written, under the "Points" heading, in the example, "Each angler can drop their lowest weight total throughout the year. Only one Tx can be dropped". This doesn't exactly address the issue you raise, Karl, but there are two sides for consideration. One is the side of those that can't fish them all and the other is those (like me) that will probably have to fish them all just to have a twenty pound aggregate. I can't imagine dropping a tx. I think if it takes 5 to qualify for the classic, then your best 5 should be whats counted... Comments? I am still gonna need a good excuse to drink a beer some where outside this house next week . Are we gonna try to meet?

Tomorrow is a CBA meeting..Friday I'm in LaGrange, Ga. Saturday I have to go to Nashville Boat Show and then Sunday, Im on the water. How about Monday? Im off all day.

I think 5 is good for the limit to quailfy for the classic but to reward a set of anglers "Point Champs" I personally would like to see 1 or 2 lowest tournies dropped out, what is it..9 Tournaments?

We need to get everyone we can at this last meeting. The more heads we have there the better. I think its a MUST that we get the rules and format up so there's no questions unanswered and all anglers have a chance to know the layout.
