This is enough for about 7lb of pork ribs.

1-1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons paprika
cayenne pepper to taste (careful)
2 tablespoons garlic powder

Clean ribs and trim any excess fat. In a medium bowl mix all ingediants. coat liberally over the ribs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8hrs.

preheat oven to 275 deg F

place the ribs in some pans and bake at 275 for 3 to 4 hrs, or until the ribs are tender and nearly fall apart.

Next put them on a good smokey grille for 20 minutes and add your favorite BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes.

My recipe is very similar, I use everything on this one but I use brown sugar instead of white and I add 1 tablespoon of cumin and 1 heaping teaspoon of thyme.

I use very little spice, and smoke-um for as long as it takes....

Dude, is that a real picture of that dog?!?
I don't think it is a real picture. If it is, some roids must have been added to its kibbles n' bits.

Still the best ribs I've ever rapped my lips around. Sticky aint got nothing on these. Just kidding, but if you like cooking ribs, you've got to give it a try. They is good!
