Well Im not the cook some of you guys are but today I put the primo grill in smoke mode..Usually just do steaks and burgers but got a tenderlion today and smoked it.. Came out real good</p>
Seasoned with Dales,Chili Powder, Sniders roast rub, and garlic powder.. Smoked at 300 over hardwood lump and mesquite wood chips.. then glazed with some BBQ sauce. For my first slow cook on the Primo it came out pretty good.. Took about 2 hours and pulled it when the internal temp was at 155 .. going to make some good BBQ for lunch tomorrow and probably dinner to </p>
