Anybody have one? I am thinkin about getting one lookin for any pros and cons. Dont know that I would use it much but everything I have read on them is good.

Can someone Explain to me what a power pole is????? Come on Danny teach ME something!!LOL!! I have no clue!

emoThanks I had never heard of them. I have lost touch with the fishing side since I am so involved with the engine side of things. How well does the tr-20 run with the 225?

Call boats and motors of dalton. He has already put on about four in the last two months. The pole on the end has a lifetime warranty if it breaks. It will go down to about 10 to 12 feet deep and holds your place in the wind so you don't drift off. There great for site fishing. The owner has one on his boat and will show you how it works and all. Give him a call or go by there.

It ran pretty good around 74 loaded with just me never had a problem out of it. Thats definetly a good combo though. I actually just sold it yesterday but am headed to look at a new one tomorrow.

I ask cause I am building a 2.5 200 ported to 225 specs and was curious how it would do. It ran 68-69 with a 200 OMC on it. Thanks again.

Me and Bent Rod were wanting to get one for his boat and use it on Tims. But we decided against it......................they just don't make them long enough.

Roger that! LOL If they made a 50' PP I'd be all over that. If I need a PP when shallow water fishing I'll just use a cajun anchor.........much cheaper. LOL
