Power trim/tilt

I have a 1994 (I think) Mariner Magnum II 150 hp that the trim not working. 2 relays click when you try to go up or down but motor doesnt make any noise and doesn't work. I tapped (very lightly) on the trim motor and it will work until you let off the switch, then you have to tap the motor and hold switch up or down to move the motor. I need a mechanic in the area that can fix this without taking all my fishing money. Anybody know one?

It probably needs to be taken apart and cleaned(blow the dust out) sand the brushes and armature where the brushes make contact with the armature. If you just sit down with it and take your time and carefully take it apart , watch how everything comes apart closely , it's not that hard to do.
