Practice for saturday 9/25/2006

FA & I went out of HBSP late this afternoon to scout around a little. This is not home water for us! Besides, I let FA guide and he refused to let me fish riprap!! Saturday will be interesting for us! FA caught 1 little LM. The MB struck out.

You all are a bunch of SMART ALECKS... I like someone smarter than me to show me how to do stuff.... The MB is the expert on these matters.... OUR scouting yesterday .... we know where not to fish come Saturday.... and that was the purpose of our little adventure yesterday.... LOOKED GOOD BUT NOT FISH....I think we need to go to Polodog's dock.... See ya all Saturday....emoGeezer

I can give you directions to Polo's dock if you need it Fat Albert. Not only is it a great place to catch a large rubber boot (see earlier post), but whopper largemouth, gigantic blue catfish, and extra large shellcrackers come from that place. I have caught most of my crappie lately from that "secret" hole. I'm not giving away any of my drum secrets though. You guys will just have to figure that one out for yourselves.emoBigsmile emoBigsmile

Fat Albert told that what we were doing yesterday was "culling water". I kept pointing over to some rip rap I saw, but he wanted to "just keep culling"!!

All you guys are going to see the Real Deal Saturday, get ready!!
