Prayer needed

I know you folks are good to pray for those in need of prayer. This time my family and me need your prayers. Our oldest brother Tommy lost his battle with pancreatic cancer this morning. He was 60 years old and left a wife, 3 daughters, 1 grand daughter, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He will be sorely missed by everyone that knew him.
I know that our God is a God of comfort. Right now we need some.

So sorry to hear about you losing your brother John. I lost mine 3 years back and hardly a day goes by that I don't think of him for some reason or the other. I'll pray that God eases your heart and brings comfort to you. Once again, my heart goes out to you.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for Your Mercy and Grace. Now we lift up our brother John and his family in this time of loss and ask for Your comforting hand to touch them and give them peace. We know how much You love us and how You have proven that love through Your Son Christ. We ask for comfort to John as he has lost a brother and we ask that you fill the void left by his brother with Your Spirit and love. Bless John's wife and children and comfort and care for them. We thank you for the opportunity to approach Your throne and the privilege to share our hearts and concerns with You. Thank You for loving us, in Christ's Name, Amen.
