Dave is survived by his <font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><font size="3">wife<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif">,</font></font><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="3"> three sons, a daughter</font> <font size="3">andfour grandchildren. </font></font></span></font><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><font size="3">Dave wasa good man who had looked forward to retiring shortly.</font> <font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3">We had developed a close business relationship at the office with him handling a large portion of my IT procurement. He will be greatly missed.</font></span></font></font></font></p>
