Primo butts

Well after working all week out in the cold I decided to do nothing but smoke some meat today. Made a day of it and man it was tough. I think I ended up taking 3 pretty good naps while the meat was cooking. emoBigsmile This was my first try on pulled pork with the Primo. I think it turned out quite well.

When I lit the Primo this morning it was 14 degrees out. It never got over 30 degrees all day. The Primo took about 15 minutes or so to get to 250. The only time the temp changed at all was when I opened it up to spray some apple juice on the meat. This cooker ROCKS!

Tell me about the Primo smoker and where I can find one if you don't care. Iv'e been using a Brinkman charcoal one for 20yrs and been wanting to upgrade. Those butts looked as good as my wife's!
