I picked up a large tray of chicken wings yesterday when getting groceries and I decided to cook them up on the Primo today. I took them right out of the refridgerator wrapper and cut the tips off and threw those away then I lighly dusted the wings on both sides with Durkee chicken and rib rub, let that set while I built a fire. When the temp got to 250 degrees I put them on the Primo for around an hour never turning them then I took a nylon paint brush and painted the wings with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, let them cook for about 45 minutes longer to dry the sauce or caramalize it, finally took them off the grill and let them sit while I fixed fresh fried squach, fresh home grown tomatoes, and slaw made with Marzetties slaw dressing, the wings were cool enough to eat by then and I pigged out, mighty fine eating. I sorta wanted some fresh roasted corn on the cobb fixed on the grill but it will have to wait for another day.
