I smoked some ribs today on the Primo. Not my best effort as far as pretty goes but they did taste really good. I used my soon to be famous rub.and smoked them at 225 for nearly 6 hours over Ozark Oak lump and some hickory chunks.. Finished with Blues Hog cut with cherry juice and apple cider vinegar.

Tell us more about this soon to be famous rub....???...???

Chili powder
Paprika
kosher salt
cumin
granulated garlic
onion powder
thyme
black pepper
cayenne pepper
brown sugar
cinnamon

Sorry I did not put amounts. I am always tweaking. That is where the "soon to be famous" comes in. When the recipe is perfected it will surely become famous. emoBigsmile
