Primo Pork loin w/grilled taters

Marinated a pork loin in mesquite/chipolte glaze and cooked on the Primo for about 2 hours at 325. Added some red-skin potato towards the end. Enjoy the pics, you aint getting any! emoLaugh

Spur, next roast the cauliflower in there too. It is my favorite way to eat cauliflower (other than raw). I like mine either lightly dusted with cumin or curry. Cheyenne and paprika work well too. Sometimes I brush with olive oil before dusting.

Your glaze looks like it left a nice crust and your pork looks juicy. YUMMY!!
