Got the Primo "rollin" to sear some backstraps off two small deer from this past season. Used "Janes, Crazy Mixed Up Salt", and added cracked black pepper to it as well. </p>
Cooked them rare, to med-rare, and sliced them up. </p>
Also ran some taters through the Kitchen-aid slicer attachment and pan fried with onions. Great end to as perfect day. emoThumbsup emoHungry </p>
