High School Diploma required. Some college preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to work second or third shift. Just some back ground information on this job. I always try to hire my next supervisor in this position.
My most recent Process Technician hire was in November and he was promoted to supervision in mid January. This is a very upwardly mobile position.

The job consists of being a line lead, equipment operator, statistical control technician, trouble shooter and communicator. When I have you trained you can supervise any production line in any company.
