prop blowout

have a 250xb when i launch it,it blows out have to feather the throttle to get to bite have all holes in prop plugged it has a 27 inch trophy,ant suggestions

Did you run in any grass here recent? Had this problem over the summer and when I looked around the prop there was nothing there. So I took the prop off and there was some grass wrapped up between the tapered thrust washer (I believe thats what it is called) and were it seats against the gear case. There was not alot of grass but it was just enough that the prop would not bite. Hope this helps.

I agree with finbully. I only run a a 90, butI have to lower the motor on takeoff or the prop will lose its bight. I just trim back in a little and go.
