Prop questions

Anyone know roughly the cost to have a prop restored? Its not in bad shape, just has some dings.

Also has any ever tried a composite prop? Would that serve well as a spare to keep in the boat just in case of a jam? how is the performance of these?

Dans prop shop fixed mine years ago for $150 and it was a 3 blade stainless steel. Did a really great job too. I suppose prices have increased some but you could probably call them and send a picture of your prop for an estimate.
