Well today was a defining day on the water for me and my big cat career, one I will never forget, my PB are two cats that are 50 and 51 up untill today,, when I hooked into a bulldog on a heavy rod that took about 25 min.to get on the boat,, by far the hardest fighting freshwater fish ive tangled with when all was said and done it weighed in at 56 lb's,,, Woo Hoo new PB,,, We had a kind of slow go for a few Hrs when lighning struck a second time,and I pulled up in about two min what i thought was about a twenty pound fish "no fight in it at all" when it rolled on the top and was bigger than the first one, I was floored Cathooker grabbed the net and put it in the boat before it could figure out what hapend to it, where it beat the crap out of my boat,,,Ow MAN ,,second PB of the day, at 60lbs,,,
There is a saying on my boat that the diferance between a good day and a bad day of fishing is just one fish, it has to be the right fish and today I got two of them,,,

All in all Cathooker , the two Bills, and myself put about 25 fish in the boat and my two PB, a day spent with great friends and monster cats...

PJ, Cathooker, great day on the lake for you guys! That was sure some great fishing, uh, I mean catching! I plan to be there in the morning. It will be tough to take pics by myself but at least I hope to be able to say it was a great day to be fishing. Hope to see some of you guys out there. Be my first nuke trip of the year. Looking forward to going. Thanks for the report guys & congrats...

Thanks for throwing my pic up there puddle. Had a great time and hope we can do it again soon. Nice to see you in the over 60 club. Cathooker will put you on the fish if you give him half a chance. Of course that new trolling motor was doing a great job too. I admired it everytime we drifted past the honey hole you and Alan were stuck over. Congrats on your PB and thanks for the good company on the water.
