I have been searching trough previous post conserning PVC fish attrators and have not been able to track down any regulations. I would be placing them on the Chick below my parents dock and in a honey hole thats brush is deteriorating.

Does anyone have a link or any info on how this is regulated? Is it even legal to use artificial fish attractors on the Chick?

Thanks In Advance

As long as it doesnt hamper navigation, or pose a health hazzard to swimmers or others, you can do as you like from what I have read. I would consider something "people friendly" below any dock. You never know who will be jumping in the water off a dock. No point taking a chance.

Thanks for the insight.

My plans for under the dock are to use PVC in a ladder configuration on the dock supports. I will be putting tees in the horizontals and extending more pvc under the dock. I think this will keep swimmers and boats safe. My goal is to attract some pan fish so I can get my daugthers interested in fishing.
