its been a few years...but yes i have fished it quite often. its a good small lake. what are you going after?

I was down there last month a watched a small bass tournament weigh in and if I would not have seen it for myself I wouldn't believe it but there were three boats in the tournament that had a five bass limit over 20 pounds. Me on the other hand I only caught three bass in eight hours.

There is little to no structure in lake except for laydowns along bank. Some have sunken brush in certain places. Lots of tiny crappie (kill everyone you catch), spotted bass, largemouth, etc. Lots of small fish but a few that live around the lake that fish on a regular basis have added lots of trophy fish to the lake over the years. It is trolling motor only. Two creek channels/ditches in lake. I try to fish areas that have gravel covered bottoms. Dam has riprap but drops of very deep. Lake was dredged with earthmovers and all dirt was piled up to make the dams. Basically a chert bathtub.

There is some toads in there! It can be a feast or famine though. Big spots as well, the Alabama or Coosa spots I call them.

Sorry I should have been more clear I've fished it and I know some people have pulled out some big crappie but I was just wondering if anyone had fished it this year
