QUESTION ABOUT TOURNAMENT RULES.

I have only been fishing bass tournaments for 2 years. When the rules say that a tournament is mandatory what happens if you or your partner do not show up. It says 1 of the 2 have to be there. Just wondering.

if this rule is going to be the way it was at the meeting then i think a 14" small mouth is (?mandatory?) It wasn't right. Should Be DQ

Do you mean a tournament is mandatory or  the meeting is mandatory?
