The bottle was dug up in the yard of my Wife's folks house several years ago and They lived in the ST. Elmo area years ago when the neighborhood was a little different. The bottle is very old has all the bubbles in the Glass.

Maybe from north ga or lookout mtn Both are near st Elmo. If I had to take a wild guess I would say north ga/ flintstone. It would be about the right distance for a milk delivery boy..? If you get tired of lookin at it I'll be glad to take it off your hands for ya!

Chattanooga Glass in Alton Park made bottles for companies all over.

We used to look a the bottom of Coke bottles to see how far away they came from even though Chattanooga Glass also made them right here.

I know this doesn't answer your question, just some possibly relevant trivia.

There were thousands of artifacts brought to Lookout Mtn by summer tourists generations before the hotels closed or burned. There are old dumps scattered around with mostly only glass remaining.

I owned a place in Hinkle, Ga once with one of these dumps. I had about a half acre of solid glass; cosmetics, drinks, chemicals, dinnerwear etc.

Not to clear but you can see it

The city names on the bottom of the 6.5 oz. coke bottles were for the Bottler that ordered the bottles. All coke bottles from Chattanooga had a circle "C" in the center of the bottom with the city name around that. Remember, franchise bottling of coke atarted right here in Chattanooga with the first plant located at Patton Parkway, downtown.
