With only one tournament left for points, the Angler of the Year (AOY) race has three contenders. Jmax (Jim McClanahan), Greg Atchley and points leader Robbie McGill.

The maximum points available in the final points week is 115. (First place points of 100, Big Fish Bonus of 10, and 5 for participation)

Here are the possibilities.

Robbie McGill has a 105 point lead on JMax. If Robbie places in the top five or Jim McClanhan fails to finish in first place, McGill wins AOY.

For Jmax to win he will need to finish in first place and have big fish with Robbie McGill finishing 6th or worse.

For Greg Atchley to tie McGill he must finish first, win big fish and Robbie McGill must not fish the tournament. (If Robbie McGill gets 5 points he beats Atchley)The tie breaker will be the Big fish points they accumulated over the season, then it is the lesser of the number of TXs fished)

All other anglers have been mathematically eliminated.
