Rainy December blues

What do you guys do to pass the time on these super wet months? Between all the rain, schedule issues and sick kids I havent been able to fish since thanksgiving. It's getting harder and harder with the crowds and sick kids to keep plugging away at this hobby. I often times consider selling out and getting into something that keeps me closer to home. What do you guys do to keep the fire going when you can't go?

Clean equipment, respool, organize tackle, shop for new equipment/ tackle. Watch guys fish on YouTube....

Buy rain gear and go fishing.

Planning on fishing in the rain next week. hope It keeps others at home. Like others recommend invest in good quality rain gear and fish away.

I have decent rain gear. I guess you could say Im a fair weather fisherman in the winter.

Work on my boat and still try to get out on the water. My boat’s a restoration project. There is always something to do. Currently I have been repairing and recarpeting locker lids.
