Ramp on the lower side of Parksville??

I have heard that there is another ramp, but on the lower end of the lake. Does anyone know how to get to it?

64 East, turn right @ Cherokee Corners, approx 4 miles, sign on left to Kings Slew & ramp. If you pass YMCA camp sign, you have gone too far.
