Ranger Z119c, is it worth the investment?

Now that the weather sucks I find myself looking at boat videos. Here is another that is by far the best one to explain why you pay more for a Ranger then you may pay for others. I know it is not the fastest out there. But it is the Cadillac of the boat world. I really think some of the new changes that have taken place this year on the Z119c is really cool. The battery switch in the back is going to be really nice if I ever need it. I use to always carry jumper cables for the exact reason this guy brings up. The built in bow running lights up front are another really cool feature this year, no more having the pole up front tripping over it or getting it in your way. Another great feature to me is being able to have a 19 and a half foot boat rated for a 225 H.P. Last year it was rated for a 200. They have been rated for 225 hp for at least two years as my 2012 has a 225. You will enjoy it. I'd like to move up to a 520c or Triton 21TRX. I just don't think i can do it for another year or two.

Totally disagree.....I'll give you a hint....it starts with a G and ends with ambler. Thats one ugly boat.

Gamblers are definitely ugly but they aren't skeeter ugly...

Oops, I thought yours was a 200. emoRedface That one guy in one of those videos talks like that is a new thing. Yea, I feel I will really like it. If I don't it is no one's fault but my own, it is not like I had to buy it off the show room floor without having a say with everything that was on it. Really the only thing I was not sure about was the trolling motor. One part of me thought I should go with that four track or at least that lift assist one. I stayed with the one it comes with and has 80 lb thrust on it. That is more then I have now and what I have now has worked fine.

Look... You owned a basscat....I feel the same way about them. Lol after owning my skeeter for a month I have to say I'm very happy. For the price you would be hard pressed to find a better boat. The Ranger at that size and comparable engine was 10k more.

Derek was stabbing me, he has been very polite about pointing out the cost of his boat vrs mine. Derek emoPoke Jmax, that is o.k. thou, he does have a very nice, well designed, great running, good looking boat for what will end up being 20K less then I paid. emoRedface As far as Beetlespin's comments, anyone who has been on here for any length of time or that knows him will just consider the source and move on. emoLaugh I know my hearing is going out but I guess I need to have my eye sight checked. I missed the "s" on the end of that Mr. Now it makes more sense. emoLaugh Jmax
