Ok, so I just watched a KVD video and he said natural colors in clear water to a chartreuse in dirty water, nothing about clarity effecting use. The red and gold makes sense.

Clarity effects jerkbait fishing a great deal. Doesn't have to be crystal clear water by any means, but it can't be really dirty either.

One of my best days ever was a cold day throwing a red squarebill in stained water. So... I think I like it better than the trap ??

do lipless baits come in any color besides red? Just kidding, That's all I throw in winter and early spring. I like the crome and blue pretty good to.
