recessed foot control

Im thinking about buying and installing a recessed foot control kit in my boat is it any better as far as comfort having your pedal even with the floor.

Notice they are not building any new top line boats without the recessed trolling motor. Good reason. Back saver.

Just a heads up. If your front deck has wood in it be sure to seal the hole you cut up with fiberglass resin.
