Not sure if anyone has seen this or if the word just hasn't gotten out yet, but the Corps of Engineers and Coast Guard have placed restrictions on recreational boats in the area below the Chickamauga Lock. Unless you are locking through, recreational boaters are required to remain outside of the orange and white "restricted access bouys" marking the construction area below the lock. Notices and other information can be found at the following list of URL's below. Everyone stay safe!
