Replacing a Trailer Jack

My jack on my boat trailer is messed up. It will not jack the boat up anymore. It is welded into the frame. How can I replace this? I have looked at other jacks but all of them just bolt on. I want to weld a new one on. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks

You can weld on a bolt on. Won't look as good unless you do some trimming and grinding.
