Anybody local carrying the RI Swamp Donkey? I'm looking for the bluegill and smoke pattern.

They are lighter than the spro ( about the same as a snag proof) , smaller profile, but the bass seem to like em. I do like that smoke color a lot.

These were all that I threw before they stopped making them. I was able to get some from a buddy that works there a few months ago before they shipped and have smoked them again on it. I use the snag proof from time to time still as that was all I threw when these were gone but I feel like they will hit this 3-1 versus a regular frog. It is smaller and the angle of the line tie is down so it makes a different action.

Picked sone up from Scottsboro Tackle Co.

I have only used one for a few minutes, but some of the things I noticed:
Fills with water (if that bothers you)

The body feels like a Spro frog maybe a tad harder, but the colors seem to be consistent in softness unlike snag proof.

Hooks are NOT EWG and set lower on the body(I changed one out with Gama EWG #4 but haven't played with it yet)

Like others have said, lighter and smaller profile.

The only thing I don't like about them is the barbs dig into the body of the frog and would like to see some throat color on some of them (red orange or yellow) but that can be fixed.
