The local fish and game authority has concluded a 7 month investigation of some barbaric instances in which the local Grizzly population was being targeted. The animals were hunted, killed, and then had their front appendages hacked off at the shoulder!
When the authorities caught up with the assailant for questioning he claimed that he didn’t realize he was breaking any laws. If fact he even went as far as saying he was entitled to do so! Puzzled the officer asked him where he heard such a cockamamie idea! To which the hunter replied that it was his understanding that everyone in this State has the Right to “Bear Arms”!
