TOUGH. i took a friend who's son played on my football team to the riverpark to try to let him get a smallie. Wrong it was extremely tough. with the clear water, full moon, and cold front the fish had lock jaw. we caught somewhere around 20 fish with one 3 lb LM. I think we would have scratched a limit of legal spots and the 1 LM. caught several smallies but none near keeper size. the jig caught most of our fish but caught a few on a crank and a couple on a worm.
