River on 8/26

[Gator]

Buzz and I put in at River Park before daylight in search of some sm bass. Neither of us had fished there in over a year. We fished the banks and the rip rap throwing plastic crawfish & worms, crank baits, and spinner baits. We caught about 6 or 8 small short (lm) fish and Buzz picked up about a 3# sm on a 4" junebug worm right after I caught a 2+ lm on a plastic craw. We then went to the dam and fished some jumps picking up a few more short lm. We left about noon. Had a great time.

Thanks gator, the jumps will just keep getting hotter as the fall comes on. At least it should be, better watch saying that just too for sure, might jinks myself. Good report, keep them coming.emoThumbsup Jmax
