River park 12-29

Got to the river park this morning and I think we was the third or fourth ones there. Very small amount of current moving but we decided to give it a whirl anyway. Caught two small mouth and that was it. Fished till around 1:30 today and it was crowded. Saw a few boats down around the golf coarse and a few running around looking for current. Nothing doing. It was a nice day to be out, but the fishing was a little less desireable than I would have wished for.
Drumking I wish I would have seen ya down there and I would have shouted out to you. Didn't see the madbomber either. Sorry I missed you guys but maybe next time.

I was the 2nd one out this morning, Fisherpal. I fished all the way down below the Aquarium. Then before I left, I ran up to the railroad bridge for a couple of minutes just before I quit. I was in a Tracker Pro Crappie with an unpainted black cowling. I caught my largest smallie at some point along the golf course. I couldn't tell you exactly where though.
