At 120000 discharge i would say no it is flooded. Some people have been putting in at the Rivermont park ramp across the river but with that much discharge it is probably flooded too.

You can put in at lupton city and tie up to the dock but you'll have to swim back to the bank to park your vehicle, the steel ramp is under water. emoLaugh
