Guys I am posting this for a friend of the family. They are having a benefit tournament for Rocky Trammell family. He was seriously injured in a car accident and has been on life support every since then. They are expected to take him off any time now do to his stem cells shutting down. He is an organ donor and will be helping out 3 people giving them another chance at life. We are asking that everyone come out and support us in this time of need as he leaves behind a 7 month old child. The tournament will be Sunday July 13 at Chester Frost Park from safe light til 2. We will be there at 5:15 taking registration. The entrance is $50 per boat.Payout will be from $75-100 depending on how many people show, we are also working on lure packs and tshirts for the winner. It will be a 3 fish weigh in with the normal cff rules. Take in mind this is a benefit to help the family pay funeral expenses and hospital cost. That's why there's not much of a payout. Any donations or sponsorship will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless. You can P.M. me with any questions and I'll relay them to get the answers.</p>

Update on Rocky. Doctors took him off life support at 11:38 last night. He took his last breath at 11:51. Please send a prayer out to Rockys family in this time of need to ease their pain and to help them understand that he is in a much better place with no pain. I am asking that we support this cause to try and ease the burden on this family and to make this benefit a success. I would like to thank anyone that is going to attend in advance and god bless.

I would like to get a rough count to see how many people are interested in fishing this tournament. If you are gonna be attending please reply. We have several lure packs to give out.

Come on guys. I know its sunday morning, but the money from this tournament is going to a really good cause. So lets try to have a big turn out and show some support for a family in need thats dealing with a very difficult time in there lives. And as always lets have a fun safe day on the water. Hope to see a lot of boats there in the morning!

We only had 6 boats show up today. Winners donated the money back to the family. All in all it was a hot but nice day of fishing. I would like to thank Seth Coleman for donating prize packs for us. It wasn't a big success but we at least got a little money to help the family out.
